The Lima Town Board scheduled for February 3, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. has been changed and will now take place at the Lima Town Hall, located at 7329 East Main Street, Lima, at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. The Town of Lima is seeking nominations for the various volunteer boards which help to manage the Town:  Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Assessment Board of Review, Agricultural Advisory Committee, Historic Preservation Commission, Board of Ethics and Library Board.  Interested parties should go to https://www.lima-ny.org/volunteer-opportunities , fill out both the Volunteer resume and the Board Volunteer forms and turn them into the Town Clerk.  If it is after hours, the drop box on the west side of the Town Hall can be used.  If you do not have access to the internet, you can pick up the forms at the Town Hall or the Library.  Thank you for considering.  MJF

The bond resolution published herewith was adopted on March 2, 2021, and the validity of the obligations authorized by such bond resolution may be hereafter contested only if such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the Town of Lima is not authorized to expend money or if the provisions of law which should have been complied with as of the date of publication of this notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within twenty (20) days after the date of publication of this notice, or such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the Constitution.
